  • Fans are responsible for their interactions and purchases.

  • The Company is not a party to any contract, transaction, or interaction between creators and fans, and We disclaim all liability arising from such interactions.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor user activity and remove or restrict access to content or users that violate our policies, applicable laws, or pose a risk to the community or platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Roll With Fans disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Roll With Fans is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill, resulting from Your use of the Service.
